The harmful effects of smoking; the common ailments that smokers suffer from; a hardcore smoker’s ability to finally break the diificult task to stop smoking with an alternative way. To find out more, read on…

Today, smoking alone is known to be the biggest cause of both preventable and premature death not only in the US, but worldwide. Many people have died from smoking-related diseases every day.

Some of the smoking related diseases are cancer, heart disease, stroke and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or also know as Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (COLD), and these are every nation’s top killers. Smoking has been identified as being the major risk factor for heart attacks, strokes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema, and cancer – particularly lung cancer, cancers of the larynx and mouth, and pancreatic cancer, and these are the top killers in every country.

All these diseases has been proven conclusively by medical experts that smoking is the majority cause.

The taxpayer’s money is not spared from the social effect caused by smoking as well. The social cost is estimated in the billions, each year

Smoking is a slow killer, not just to the smoker but also to those around him. Some day, the smoker will contract the diseases. Prior to contracting them, smokers are also at risk of suffering some of the common ailments brought about by smoking each day.

Below are some examples of the smokers’ common ailments:

  • wheezing and breathing nosily
  • always catch common cold
  • shortness of breath
  • persistent cough
  • irritated throat
  • dry skin
  • irritated eyes
  • always have mucus
  • some loss of taste
  • some loss of smell
  • yellowing of the fingernails
  • etc…

And to add further to their suffering, there are the common ‘nagging’ or ‘complaints’ that they do suffer from time to time. These are often throw to them by their loved ones, their children, non-smoking friends…and these may include:

  • daddy’s breadth is smelly
  • your clothing is smelly
  • you are polluting the air
  • daddy is smelly, i don’t want to play with him
  • you are putting me at risk of inhaling your second-hand smoke
  • you are spending money on something that don’t bring you any benefits
  • etc…

These nagging or complaints do add to the smokers frustrations, misery and even agony.

Smokers have a great tendency to apply false hope to themselves. They will not admit to the reality that these diseases and even death,  will creep up to them one day, following their smoking addictions. They will lie to themselves that they would have quit in time and somehow be spared the agony of these diseases, or even death.

Ask yourself,

  1. when was the last time you harbor that intention to stop smoking?
  2. have you consciously make an effort to quit smoking?
  3. have you found a way to help you stop smoking?

I’m not surprised if the answer is ‘negative’ to all the questions. So, when will you quit smoking? There is still time to win the quitting game, but there is no more time to lose !

The odds are not in the smokers favor – about 4 million people around the world died every year due to smoking-related diseases and tobacco use. Simply put and to drill the message across – every 8 seconds, there is a smoking-related death happening somewhere in the world – 24/7, 365 days a year !

Stop your self-denial and look seriously at the REAL consequences that smoking will brings about, not only to you but also to the people around you. Only then, will you wake up, and made a concerted effort to quit smoking.

Here is one real story of a hardcore smoker’s effort to stop smoking.

His name is Vic and he has been smoking over 30 years. He can smoke at any occasions – when he is eating, drinking, talking with someone on the phone, driving, typing invoices, etc, etc…

As with all smokiers, Vic also suffers from the common ailments and the common nagging and complaints from his loved ones.

The first step he took was the decision to do a treatment session with the Ionic Cleanse Foot Bath. It was after that treatment that he seriously knew about the harm that smoking did to him, and decided to start his quit smoking plan. With each little victory he scored along the way, he has reduced his smoking habits by half what he used to smoke in each day.

Vic said, “to quit smoking is not so easy, I have tried many times and with many ways, and failed each time. But with Ionic Cleanse Foot Bath, it is a different story, it is easy to use, very convincing and surely the best way to stop smoking . I found strength to quit smoking each time I do the treatments!”

What a turn in Vic’ life now – the common ailments and the nagging has either reduced in occurance or has disappeared.

He said, “my appetite improves and I am eating more and regularly. Maybe my sense of taste and smell has got better; i can sleep better too at night, without those coughs…my wife is happy with my effort to quit smoking.”

Congratulations to Vic, for finding a way to quit smoking, a way that suit him wells.

What about you? Have you found the way to quit smoking?

If You Don’t Have Your Health, Nothing Else Matters.

There is still time to find a way and win this battle. But there is no more time to lose !
